Do you know what is good about one-sided love? You just love him or her. That's my love. (c) I have always been sensitive and tender to love stories that have been ingrained for a long time. If you think about it, few movies I’ve seen fall into this category. They can be interesting, exciting at certain moments, but not up to the title of best. The best story should not only be liked, it should be remembered and bring something of its own to life: unusual, long-awaited and unreal.
I didn’t expect much when I sat down to watch the movie. I was pretty sure I'd miss half of my eyes. It's one thing if this movie is in Russian - even without seeing it, you hear what they're talking about and where the narrative goes. It's different when it's in Korean, and you don't know the language as well as you'd like.
I couldn’t stop watching this masterpiece. He completely captured me with his unpredictable twists and turns. Even in the description of the film, there is confusion that does not fully understand what the story is about. As a lover of love triangles, I was skeptical of this film. In general, Korean dramas and movies show a love triangle, where the choice falls on the wrong character. I was afraid it would happen again.
This is a love story, but without the triangle that would spoil the film. Throughout the film, there seems to be a love triangle. This fascinating presentation of the narrative causes genuine delight.
You are the first person to kneel in front of me. (c)
A phrase that caught my mind. It seems nothing special, but it penetrates into the heart and securely attaches there, not wanting to go anywhere. I would probably want a guy to kneel in front of me just because my heel is broken and I have to buy new shoes. It is a pity that such guys are hardly found.
Until then, I didn’t like the main character. He was so reminiscent of ordinary "popular" young men who don't need real feelings. Despite the fact that Koreans like to make the heroines choose them, I do not share their love for this type of person. But this is probably one of the few movies where the main character is not what I thought he was. It was enough for me to be surprised and understand my mistake when I made his brief description.
Tae Joon proved caring, honest and romantic. Who would have thought he would go from being a cynical man to my ideal boyfriend? This is the first thing that surprised and surprised me in this story. Tae Joon was the beginning of my surprises.
I think a dandelion growing out of mud is more charming than a spoiled rose. (c)
I was ready to scream with happiness when I heard these words from Chul Ho’s mouth. He, who in fact was supposed to be a self-confident womanizer, was actually a kind of good boy who makes you smile without even realizing it.
I didn’t know who to stay with the main character. The opinion was divided and the main thing was that I could not decide who I liked better: the romantic Tae or the cute boy Chol.
Before this movie, I had never watched anything with someone who played Chul Ho, but I fell in love with that heartfelt smile. It's priceless, to be honest. I watched and smiled, involuntarily and imperceptibly to myself.
Feelings? Don't make me laugh. (c)
I was literally crumbling in front of my eyes to see this transformation of this cute Chol. I wanted to shout, “What did you do to him?” Bring it back! I liked him better. The oddities began when I liked him, despite his character and his treatment of girls. It is necessary to play so well to turn into a daring man, destroying others only with words and eyes. The actor did his best.
After opening his face, I realized that I liked Tse Joon better and was already waiting for a decisive turn in history, but the film surprised me again. Really? Is this really happening on screen, or do I think? I didn’t believe my own eyes and I doubted every action I ever took. They changed so much that I could not keep up with these changes.
This film is the only one where I have changed my mind thousands of times. I was surprised, admired, touched and laughed. I almost cried at the end. I think it's hard for me to judge history reasonably. I'm still impressed and can't get away from her. It is unbearable to want to continue, although I know perfectly well that it will be superfluous.
If someone is ugly, do stupid things to meet a guy? (c)
The film resembles the plot of another American comedy, and, as you know, Americans almost never change their humor, just changing the actors and the scene. We’ve seen this before: a girl falls in love with a popular young man and wants to win him over. She asks for help from a knowledgeable person, and he decides to help her. He falls in love with her and she doesn’t notice. Does that ring a bell? If everyone knows the story, forget about it. The Koreans differ in that they take other people's ideas, but do it anyway in their own way.
This is a story of love, help and love again. It is remembered for a long time and therefore it is assessed.
10 out of 10
I would bet even more, but for me 10 is always the final score. I think I fell in love with this masterpiece. It deserves close attention and revision sometime when the mood collapses farther away.
