Orcs in the park or the most meaningless movie. Initially, I would like to say about the plot, it is simple in this film, the Orcs are released and want to capture humanity, although with such a squad, they are not what humanity is, they will not even be able to capture the city, but not the essence, the problem is not this, but that if you want to make an army of Orcs, so increase the budget, make computer graphics, or at least invite more people to the extra and it will look organic, not what we are shown, about 50 Orcs, is this army? Why make such films, if you initially know that you will not be able to provide the necessary budget, adequate costumes, makeup and extras.
The plot is not revealed in the course of the action from the word at all, why the orcs broke free at this time, if the explosion in the plot occurred much earlier than these events, maybe there is some motive for their actions? But no, we will never know the answer to these questions.
Shot all frankly cheap and low-quality, terrible costumes of orcs, which are more like aborigines, undisclosed characters, many characters who absolutely do not fit and do not develop the plot (children, with weed in the woods, why do they need?), all this could be forgiven if there was some logic of the characters’ actions and the characters themselves were with some background, development, and as I said above, their character. And then the film will disappoint us, the main character is a ranger who protects the park, and conducts excursions for visitors, dreams of flying to Hawaii, everything stops there, he does not get better or worse in the course of the plot, his features and motives are not clear. In general, the acting of the actor is not so bad, but the film does not get better. So the question is, why is he protecting this park throughout the film? Why did he get so much love for him, if it wasn't reinforced throughout the film, then why would he protect him, because he's supposed to be allowed to go to Hawaii? This is absurd.
As in any similar film, the dialogue is uninteresting, built on the type, quote:
- If you could be any animal in the red book, who would you be?
- I would be a narwhal.
What narwhal?! Yes, it was in the context of an informal conversation, but the questions themselves are very stupid, and they do not cause any emotions, they do not mix, but only cause bewilderment.
In general, if you take the big picture and sum up: this is undoubtedly a film of the lowest standard, the characters do not cause emotions, like the whole film, it is not funny, nor scary, it is no, so I do not see any sense to watch it, definitely do not recommend.
