A great thriller, and as some here would not fade, the film keeps in suspense, has a plot and meaning, just there are people who, due to their dementia, are not able to understand what is happening, and this applies not only to the audience, unfortunately, such creatures are constantly encountered, especially there are many of them in social networks. . . P.S. People die every day, but not my family. A phrase showing all the rottenness of humanity. . . 10 out of 10.
In a private plane to New York gathered four young people who won the contest on the social network. Now, flying to their dream, they have to thoroughly dig into each other's dirty past - on board the plane they are offered a game for life and death. Everyone has to answer questions. Respond as to the spirit truthfully and openly, without hiding. The rejected participant is disqualified, and how to do it while on board the aircraft, I think it is clear. Wrong answers and disobedience are punished. Very original, it is worth admitting, which should be taken into account and used for especially annoying friends in social networks.
It all begins like an average youth thriller - a group of young people cheerfully chirping about winning. Absolutely do not feel the trick when they are asked to hand over their phones and even when their attention is presented to a strange contract, without reading the “I agree” button. However, they do not panic when questions begin. Lying on the answers without hesitation, the participants only giggle stupidly when they hear so many frankly detailed answers from the computer. Nobody panics and asks why this computer knows more about me than I do. The kompachka gathered strange: like adults, but so pure children. And now children are unlikely to be confused by revelations about watching porn on the Internet. And our hero-lover is embarrassed that he watched forbidden visions, ay-ay-ay, bad boy! Or a girl who for some reason considers it a sin to confess to the absence of a partner. Why can’t people who trust the site tell it to people like them, knowing that they (and their loved ones) are in mortal danger? So I'd rather die, but with a halo on my head? Complete strangeness and lack of instinct for self-preservation.
If the plot is still at least somehow able to keep the viewer in suspense, then everything subsequent resembles more of a stupid pun and ceases to have any relation to the thriller. It all starts with people going to the toilet. Yeah, you read it right. It was not enough for the main villain voice to dig through dirty laundry in public, now he invites them to face-to-face. In fact, from this moment it is useless to wait for something worthwhile. And the ending will lead a sane viewer to only one logical question: Why start such a large-scale action, if it was possible to kill everyone on hard ground more perversely and inventively? ?
Movies like the Inner Empire can’t be debated because it’s wonderful. Movies like this, because it’s not a movie.
A gorgeous idea at the first couple, where they show the bareness of human lives on social networks (I think that for some who watched this can cause paranoia), and the omnipotence of anonymous people with a package on their heads ... And he answered, My name is Legion, for there are many of us. Although, there is only one anonymous, and the main protagonist of the film agrees with the opinion of LiveJournal, and is sure that the anonymous is worse than anyone. But that's not the point. The bottom line is that then everything quickly slides into morality and someone else's selfish goals. It's like Nolan, with his own view of the world, where super-villains eager to bomb the earth have become philosophers, nihilists, and just wanting revenge, miserable people. Here we go. Another psychopathic maniac, or even a conspiracy story, was thrown into something slurred, and with a sluggish attempt to provoke pity. There will be no deus ex machina, no Trojan horse. It's all planned. It's as straight as the rails.
Perhaps it would even be well perceived, but for some reason everywhere the film is accompanied by a description that spoilers 40% of the essence. The game is not for life, but for death, everyone will be tortured and tortured. All right, you can look at the chips and the beer, dozing with one eye.
The only thing that is not bad is tension. But it successfully breaks to quickly gather in individual moments. There are several. Just a little bit.
By the way! What is an alarm button?
Since 2004, in the genre of thrillers, stories have become especially popular, the action of which unfolds in the conditions of one room with the participation of a group of complete strangers. All of them are together and must answer far-fetched personal questions. A small mistake - and the hero is waiting for a terrible death. The first film to return such a plot to the big screens was James Wan’s project Saw. Soon this film continued with multiple sequels, and also spawned such similar films as “9 on the list of the dead”, “Exam” and, in fact, the English film “Alarm Button”, shot by director Chris Crowe and received somewhere even cult status.
The plot of the picture tells us about four young people, a loving single mother Joe (Scarlet Johnson), computer genius Max (Jack Gordon), a confident psychiatrist Gwen (Helen Reese), as well as a vulgar joker and bully Dave (Michael Gibson). These are completely unfamiliar people who were registered in one of the social networks called All2gethr.com. As a result of one of the online competitions, the heroes win a trip by charter plane to New York, and also get the opportunity to win even more valuable gifts from sponsors (diamonds, cars, etc.). They will have to play an extra game on board the plane. All means of personal communication remain in England, and they will be alone on the plane, except for the pilot locked in the cockpit. In the cabin there are 4 monitors on which questions will be displayed. And with each round, the heroes realize they are dealing with someone extraordinarily dangerous. Someone who knows all the dirty details of their lives and has access to all their things. Relatives of each passenger are also involved in the game. And closer to the final of the game it becomes clear that it will not work without blood here, and even more so to find out the identity of the organizer of the terrible contest.
Chris Crowe had a really interesting script at his disposal, which simply could not be spoiled. On the one hand, we did not see any special directorial efforts in the film, but on the other hand, thanks to an interesting plot, it is simply impossible to break away from viewing. Neither did the actors involved in the film. As always in such projects, behind the ostentatious fun, ostentatious sadness and relaxation, the characters carry many personal and very unpleasant secrets that no one else can know. But it's only real people. In today’s world, our chief secretary is the personal computer. And since modern life seems impossible without the Internet, knowledgeable people can get anywhere and learn anything. But this aspect the main characters miss, because they are confident in the infallible protection of their personal data.
In the picture "Anxiety Button" there are two messages. The first of them is hypocrisy towards strangers, because even a small injection towards an upset person can lead to sad consequences. The second is a sign of alarm before the full trust of modern society on the Internet. As it turns out, this is not just a storehouse of knowledge and a tool for communication. This is a very dangerous thing that can both set up a personal life and completely destroy it.
As a result, we can say that "Alarm button" turned out to be a rather interesting and tense thriller. Despite the limited location and modest cast, the filmmakers had something to tell their audience. Of course, it was not without a few played moments, as well as a couple of templates caused by a whole army of predecessors, but watching the film despite these details is still very interesting.

The Internet, and especially social networks, is evil, so say teachers in our schools, and in about the same spirit, the director of the film “Alarm Button” spoke. Four random active users of the social network won from the analogue "Facebook" trip to New York, and also became participants in the final game for one of the super prizes.
The first round begins, and the main participants are somehow confused by the questions they are asked, which are very intimate and personal, and no one else could know. But the organizers of the trip prepared well, and gradually the euphoria of the holiday for our four turns into wild discontent and anger.
While the plane is halfway to its destination, the film "Alarm Button" manifests itself as a good representative of closed thrillers, a lot of questions for the viewer, a good overall script and actors play as much as possible for their level. After the second half of the film, when unknown values in the task becomes less in front of the viewer, the film begins to smoothly roll into a criminal thriller.
The outcome of the film is frankly weak, it is initially not so easy to foresee it, but after such a culmination of the main story, something more enchanting was expected. Nevertheless, for modest such money turned out to be a good one-time spectacle, especially hopes for this picture should not be pinned, but I assume that the lion’s share of viewers will remain in a positive impression.
Please fasten your seat belts and get ready for the most extraordinary adventure of your life.
Most people are convinced that the Internet provides such “necessary” privacy in our era and it is possible to do things on the global network that people would be afraid to do in real life. In fact, a person savvy in programming, can learn about any inhabitant of the planet earth all his dirty secrets, even without much effort, the good, social networks did it for him. So the Internet is a double-edged sword that you should be careful with. But today’s heroes found out too late. So, this is the "alarm button."
A group of four lucky people win a plane ticket that takes them to New York, and during the flight they are promised drinks, food, and an interesting quiz, the prizes of which are extremely diverse, but all pleasant. That's just the passengers of this ill-fated flight forgot that free cheese is only in mousetraps, and the stakes in this game are the lives of their loved ones and relatives. You should have read the rules of the game!
In fact, before us there is a kind of variation of “Saws” only the case happens on the plane, and even cruel and bloody scenes in the picture will not be, which is possible for the better. Nor will the morals of John Kramer’s finest tradition be. In fact, this is a kind of punishment or divine punishment for the passengers of this flight. And believe me, each of the participants, well, except for the pilot, deserved their fate, as in the course of the picture the viewer will be shown more and more dirty details of the lives of passengers of a private plane. So there are no complaints about the main idea and even if the idea is not new, but it still looks fresh and interesting. I have some complaints about the logic of what is happening, which will be discussed below.
The first is how the Alligator was able to catch the victim's friends and loved ones. He was supposed to do this while the passengers were on their way to the plane, but later we find out that the deaths of friends and family are recorded. But let's just say the plane was in the air for six hours and the killer alone wouldn't have been able to catch all the friends and family of the victims in six hours and kill them. It is physically impossible to do this in such a short time.
The second is the behavior of the heroes. Each of the characters goes to the bathroom, then returns, we are shown a little action, and then the characters again go to the bathroom to talk with the Alligator and get another task. That's the whole movie. And most importantly, the other passengers wonder why it is, coming out of the restroom, their friend and colleague in the misfortune wants to kill them, and after they deal with the intruders, the survivors run to the restroom, so that the events repeat themselves. This is why the atmosphere is so tense.
As for the actors, despite the lame script, they cope with their roles generally not bad. They really do not want to empathize, because they are all scoundrels and scoundrels, but with their game they are able to keep the viewer at the screen, and this is not enough.
As for camera work, it is not bad only in peaceful scenes, when it comes to action, the camera begins to walk a walker and it becomes difficult to understand what is happening on the screen.
Summing up, I want to say that the film, despite the glaring script flaws, copes with its main task, namely, allows you to look with interest at what is happening on the screen. So if you like thrillers, then this picture is quite suitable for a one-time viewing.

Cinema presents us with many films of this genre, for example, 'Saw',' Farm Trap','9 in the list of dead','Cub'. In those films, there is, albeit a tiny, chance of salvation, and is it in this film, or is everything predetermined, and lovers of happy ending have nothing to catch here?
The plot is not new. If you remove the plane, the social network, the murder of relatives, the blitz poll and initially put the question: & #39. Why the four of them?', it becomes obvious that somewhere we have already seen it. In particular, we can call the prototype film '9 in the list of dead'.
The film reveals the essence of a man who has stepped out of his comfort zone and is ready to do anything to protect what is dear. To some extent, this is a film about moral choice. After all, there is always a choice, but we are not always happy with the consequences of this choice.
New faces welcome. The actors are unknown, but their performance is quite convincing.
You can, perhaps, even need to watch the film, especially for fans of this genre. However, I doubt I will want to revisit it again.
And remember, not to lose, you need to at least know the rules of the game.
Everyone has something secret. What we think no one will know.
When the window with the rules of the license agreement pops out, do you think about what it says? Do you read it, delve into the content or automatically check the box on “I accept the rules of the licensing agreement”?
I love movies like this and have been looking for something like 9 on the Dead List, Farm Trap, Hunger, Cube, Human Centipede, Steel Doors, The Skin I Live In, Pit, and so on. In general, psychological thrillers, experiments on people ... everything that keeps in suspense.
When I came across this film, I was interested in the description.
I can’t say that the film stunned me, but some moments were actually unexpected, put pressure on the psyche and, in part, my review was positive.
In general, fans of the genre should probably like this film. Quite a tense atmosphere, as always one super-emotional stubborn brave, pervert, loving mother, a girl with her cockroaches in her head.
At some points, it really seems that everything is happening.
The film shows what people are capable of for the sake of their loved ones and in general in extreme conditions, where there is very little time to think. We need to decide here and now.
Personally, I had such a residue after watching ... or, more precisely, this picture directly screams that you need to think about every action, word. Whether it’s real life or the internet. Because of us, innocent people can suffer and, of course, ourselves.
You need to be very attentive to suspicious proposals, because there may be no way back.
Now began to shoot very few really good thrillers, such while watching which almost do not doubt the realism of what is happening on the screen. Such places, the eye does not look for violations of the laws of physics and logic, does not look for blunders, because they are simply not there, or they are absolutely not significant, and the acting is not in doubt. The alarm button is from these movies. I really liked the film, a great plot (keeps in suspense and until the very end it is difficult to say unequivocally how everything will end, and everything will end very interesting, the authors did not leak the ending), the presence of morality, good acting, pleasant music accompanied, everything looks quite realistic and without obvious blunders and there is something to think about after watching. What else does the audience need for happiness?
The alarm button is a good thriller that meets the laws of the genre.
Enjoy your viewing. =
