There is such a sign when the creators themselves do not know how to name the film, then most likely they do not quite clearly understand what it is about. The philosophical message is clear, of course, but there is almost nothing behind it other than a hodgepodge of action, playing great actors, and inappropriate musical-style digressions.

There is such a sign when the creators themselves do not know how to name the film, then most likely they do not quite clearly understand what it is about. The philosophical message is clear, of course, but there is almost nothing behind it other than a hodgepodge of action, playing great actors, and inappropriate musical-style digressions. The cast is, of course, stellar. Watching fights is fun. Humor is also present. But in general, the canvas of the script is flat and banal, from this, there is not much to look at or consider. Overall, I love Soviet cinema. Just not in this case. Or even so... it's not really a movie. It's kind of like a theater, a chamber atmosphere, or something. But there is nothing hidden behind this situation, unlike, for example, Dogville. But that's another story.
