Moussa Maascri is a French actor and screenwriter. Born November 15, 1962 in Algeria in the city of Constantine, but almost immediately after the birth of the boy’s family moved to the French city of Marseille.
Maascree made his acting debut in 1989 with the episodic role of Michel Meyret in the television series Commissioner Novarro. The series lasted for more than fifteen years and had very high ratings in France.
After his debut, the actor received several offers to star in several more French television series and low-budget films, but they did not bring him popularity.
Fame to the aspiring actor came only in 1997 after roles in the films “Something else but love”, “Out of the game” and Clandestins.
Two years later, the actor made his debut as a screenwriter. His script for the film “Little World Championship” in 2000 became a laureate of the International Film Festival in Tokyo. The film was directed by Nicholas Vadimoffa. The film was shot in 1999, but was released only in August 2000.
In 2000, the actor successfully starred in the comedy “Turyazhka”, and in 2001 Moussa received an offer to star in the detective action movie Jean-Christophe Komar “View”. Only in Russia, the box office of the film amounted to more than five hundred thousand dollars. Maaskri played the role of Nimye brilliantly.
