By the nature of his work, Bill has collaborated with some of the most prominent US operators, including five-time Oscar nominee Owen Roizman, two-time Michael Chapman, and nominated for the Oscar for the second Terminator Adam Greenberg.
The first acquaintance with the world of cinema took place in his youth, when he spent time on the set with his father Jack Rowe, who was the second director. Bill began his professional path in cinema more than two decades ago, having done it in the most traditional way: he began with work on the pick-up and rose to the level of a production operator.
He directed such series as “Terminator: Battle for the Future”, “Las Vegas”, “New Day”, “Mad Men”,
"The Mentalist" . He was nominated three times for the Emmy Awards – twice for The X-Files and once for the TV movie Faith of My Fathers.
