Matthias Schweichhefer’s debut on the screen took place in 1997, when he played a role in the series “Crime Scene”. Since 2000, he has been engaged in serious cinema, having managed to play to date in almost five dozen films and TV series, including “Beauty” and “Beauty-2”, “Wild Life”, “Operation Valkyrie”, “Thor”. At such a young age, the promising actor has already worked with the master of cinema director Peter Greenway, as well as the famous actor and director Thiel Schweiger. His acting skills and commitment to the profession are so great that despite his fear of heights, he agreed to play the role of a pilot of the First World War in the film Red Dragon.
Since 2004, Matthias Schweighefer has also played in theatrical productions on the stage of such famous theaters in Berlin as Hebbel and Volksbühne.
