Francois comes from a family of real estate specialist and lawyer. His early years were in Canada and France. He is fluent in French, Spanish and English. As a child, Arnault attended the school Les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal, as well as the choral school for boys, where he learned to sing and play the piano. The actor has a degree in arts at Brebeuf College.
Arno also has a younger sister. He graduated from Montreal’s High School of Dramatic Art in 2007. In the same year he made his debut on the stage, a year later he began to play on television and in movies. While studying at the Montreal school, Arnault, along with his friends, decided to found a theater company for young film actors, which they called Theatre Jure Crache.
In the summer of 2007, François successfully toured France. In the same year, he was offered a role in the television comedy Taxi 0-22, in which the partner of the actor was Patrick Ward, who was a popular Canadian director, actor and screenwriter.
Later, Francois Arnault performed on the theater stage in popular productions based on the plays of Goldoni and William Shakespeare.
In 2009, the actor gained initial popularity due to his role in the film I Killed My Mother directed by Xavier Dolan. In the same year, Francois was offered to take part in the filming of the film “Heat Wave” based on the work
