In 2001, Wesley entered the Juilliard School, graduating in the spring of 2005, spending the summer at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. At the end of 2006, the actress was invited to the play The Vertical Hour directed by David Hea on Broadway. In 2007, the routine appeared on the stage of New York’s The Public Theater in a production of In Darfur, which also featured Aaron Lore and Heather Raffo.
