Justin was born on June 15, 1970 in the city of Reading in Berkshire in the south of England in the family of composer Guy Fletcher, who is known for writing songs for

While studying drama at Guilford School of Acting, he often watched children's shows featuring Phillip Schofield and decided to pursue a career in children's television.
To begin with, he developed his own show called Justin Tim, in which he performed as various comic characters. Later, when he started working for CBeebies, Justin used some of them in his toddler program Gigglebiz.
Fletcher also works on the voiceover of some cartoons and TV series. So, his voice sounds in the original versions of the animated series “Twinies”, “Sheep Shawn”,
"Squad smoking kung fuchi" "Dummy Timmy." He also voices the main character in the full-length cartoon.
