Plot
In a certain town comes a strange gentleman, interested in the list of dead serfs. The place of visit Chichikov (Vladimir Belokurov) chose not by chance: the financial swindler travels around the areas affected by crop failures and accidents. Business in the Old Way
Chichikov’s plan for obtaining Navar should be kept secret, but this does not always happen in the process of “negotiations with partners.” At the other end of the deal are local officials.
