This episode is the pilot of an unreleased retro animated series about the X-Men. For the first time we will meet Kitty Pride, a teenage mutant, close to the school for "gifted" people. Kitty is still afraid that she is not like everyone else, but later realizes that she is not alone, and moreover, she will be able to overcome her fear of one of the students of the school of Charles Xavier, on which the “mutation” reflected directly on the appearance, and eventually save him with the help of her abilities. This pilot doesn't look too much like a later series, you could say it's a completely different universe. Later, the entire character design was redesigned, and the plot was played in a new way. However, do not forget the origins. X-Men TAS is not a sequel, it is just a look at the idea in a new way. close
