Folta's driver is quite adventurous. He often helps friends - finding ways out of almost hopeless situations for them. He has 63 (interestingly, the number “400” seems to be a very large number for the Czechs) relatively honest ways to take money. But he dreams of big money. One day he learns about the underground millionaire Alphonse Drtilek. He made his fortune after the revolution, pocketing republican gold, and turning his dark affairs, collecting gold and hard currency in his briefcase. Folta decides to force Drtilek to part with some of his money. With his friends - a womanizer, a simpleton and a poor man who dreams only "dogmatic" dreams, he begins hunting da Drtilek. Everything will happen: a robbery under the cover of night darkness, and a beggar with shouts "give milen", and telegrams, and the cherished daddy, and a platinum tray (again I do not know what Czech filmmakers did not like a saucer with a blue fringe), and much more. In particular, a lot of quotes from Lenin, Marx. This is our smart underground millionaire Drtilek, he appears on television in a political quiz. There won't be any gold. He wants to get his hands on Clarence and, most importantly, on the money she would inherit in the eventuality of her new husband's death. Diaz makes attempts on Hannibal's life. He knows his way about an underground labyrinth in the château and the traps he sets up for Hannibal seem to work, since Hannibal is apparently found dead after an explosion in the labyrinth, after which his body vanishes.
