The country is on the verge of bankruptcy. Society demands the resignation of the communist government and the threat of bloody confrontation is brewing. Among the highest ranks there is a fierce struggle for power, money and political integrity. Solidarity is gradually seizing power, and a round table is coming closer. Under these conditions, the ruling elite decides to take all secret documents concerning key people in the country abroad, so that they can later be blackmailed.
