The spell of an evil stepmother forces young Kieluch to look for the giant’s daughter, the beautiful Olwan, whose father destroys all candidates for grooms with exorbitant demands. Kilukh found his beloved and married her. Her father, fearful of the prediction that will bring him death on his daughter’s wedding day, sends the hated groom to grow linen for the Olwan veil, bring scissors, a razor and a comb for the future father-in-law to prepare for the wedding.
