Rolling up his sleeves, together with his granddaughter and grandmother, he tries to pull out the turnip. All this is watched by a mouse that does not think to help. She decides to scare her granddaughter, which she does well: the granddaughter rattles, the grandfather tears the top from the turnip and flies out of the house, falls on the sled and begins to ride them, as if nothing had happened. However, in the end, he still gets into a snowstorm and gets stuck in it.
At the same time, a kolok rolls out of the house, which a few seconds ago was turnip, and various animals try to stop it. The hare wants to talk to him, the wolf and the bear want to eat him.
