One ill-considered, illegal act entails another. Although, as follows from the plot of the short film “Hugges” (Obyatiya), there is nothing in common between them.
The young man is under surveillance, and the officer who leads him eventually goes to the dealer, the supplier of the suspect. However, it is not easy to bring that to clean water - the dealer is too experienced and inventive, and then the operative resorts to methods of fighting crime, somewhat exceeding the legal framework.
