He looks for the three witnesses who can testify that Lawson shot only in self defense in killing a gambler, but the witnesses are terrorized by another gambler, town boss Rock McCleary, who shoots witness Pop Roberts Morgan. Set on the Mexican border in 1850, Bad Men of the Border was the first of seven Universal Westerns starring handsome Kirby Grant, a former singer from Montana who had earlier acted under the name Robert Stanton. The series, Universal's last attempt at competing with Republic Pictures' many streamlined B-Westerns, also featured the bucolic Fuzzy Knight as Grant's sidekick. Grant and Knight are undercover U.S. marshals tracking down a gang of counterfeiters. To their surprise, they are soon assisted by a beautiful Mexican dancehall performer, Dolores Mendoza (Armida), who proves to be an undercover agent as well, in her case for the Mexican rurales headed by Captain Garcia (Francis McDonald). close

Beginning
The film “Antonio Vivaldi” tells about the youth of the famous violinist, which he spent in the romantic and mysterious Venice. The hero of this story was born in the “city of rivers” – Venice, the music was in his blood even before he was born, since his father Giovania was also a violinist, and it was he who later gave his son his first lessons. Vivaldi’s father served in the church, which largely determined the future church career of the boy. He receives a sacred rank and begins service, but for frequent absenteeism, the musician is excommunicated.
A young man moves to a new place of work - he becomes a music teacher in an unusual educational institution - there are girls who were illegally born by Venetian courtesans. What will Antonio choose next? Will he give up his main passion, music?

Damast gathered in the film a wonderful cast: Alfred Molina, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Sebastian Koch, Claire Foy. The film crew managed to interestingly show the fate of the musician, unfolding against the backdrop of beautiful landscapes of Venice. close
