Double 2 I was looking forward to Tony Jha's new movie with interest. It was curious whether he could jump “over his head”, show something new and not hit the posyatin.
If the first Ong – Buck is a tough, realistic and spectacular movie, and Revenge of a Warrior is an even tougher, but also a diverse movie with an admixture of fiction.
What do we see in Ong-Bak 2?
I'll tell you right away, Tony wasn't an apologist.
The most important thing for which such films are seen - the staging of fights and the fights themselves - are made at the highest level! Moreover, Tony did not limit himself to Muay-Tai, Muay-Korat and gymnastics (as in Ong-Baka 1), but showed various types of combat schools and techniques - Aikido, Judo, Wushu, etc. in a real combat situation (as in Revenge Warrior). I am glad that several techniques of Russian Boy and Sambo were shown. In general, it is nice to see how without artistic fiction (any flights of 10 meters, hundreds of blows without a drop of blood, etc.) a real fight is shown, although not in all.
It seems that the film Ong – Buck 2, compared to previous works, has become richer. Operator work, scenery, costumes, soundtrack - all this pleases.
As for the plot basis of the film and the acting, then ... um ... they do not shine with delights.
Therefore, for the action and atmosphere -
