Awesome action by John Wu John Wu, John Travolta, Nicholas Cage – what else do you need for a class action AAA-class in the midst of this genre? The plot, albeit not orthodox in general terms: the penetration of a police officer into a criminal group, but as John Wu muddled it: the face transplant of the main villain is just a class. In my opinion, Travolta still wins from the Glavhero duo.
Although Cage is given the preferred part of the film (as a positive character after all), this is his usual role of those times. But Travolta is just a born charismatic scoundrel. Imho, one of his best roles. If not the best. In general, who missed the old action movies, with excellent live heroes, a good staging of action scenes using unsophisticated special effects, as in any
today movie, then please reconsider this film.
