John Lynch is an American actor.
John Carroll Lynch was born in the American city of Boulder, Colorado, where he spent his childhood.
John began his acting career immediately after graduating from Catholic University and spent the first eight years at the Guthrie Theater Company in Minneapolis, where he played more than thirty roles.
The guy made his film debut in 1993 as Franklin in the popular television series Frazier, and the young actor got his first serious role three years later in the film of the Coen brothers Fargo, where Norm Gunderson brilliantly played. The main roles for the film were played by Frances McDormand, Steve Buscemi and William Macy. For this role, the actor was awarded the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Oscar.
After that, the young actor was noticed by producers and directors, and John was showered with offers of the most diverse roles. For a short time, the guy played in such films as “Mercury in danger”, “Volcano”, “Faceless”, “Feeling Minnesota”, “Fan” and “Beautiful Girls”.
In 2000, Lynch was offered the role of a bailiff in the famous film Gone in 60 Seconds, where the main roles were performed.
