On the way, they pass Clean Ponds, on which Volodya is bitten by a rabid killer dog, for whose mistress Kolya goes even to the neighboring church. The bitten Volodya still reaches the desired address, but there is no one there. He has no acquaintances except Koli in Moscow, so he comes to him with a request to hold things until he leaves. However, Kolya simply takes Volodya at home and even gives Siberian pants to his amazing sister (Irina Miroshnichenko) for repair. A little later, his friend Sasha comes to the metro builder, who has a wedding on this day.
Sasha was perfectly played by actor Eugene Steblov. Personally, I do not like this citizen, but here the role and the actor directly found each other. Sasha is a young fool who behaves like a girl during menstruation. All three - Kolya, Sasha, Volodya - meet in GUM, where Alexander buys a gift to the bride. In GUM, it turns out that Volodya is also a writer. Kolya finally imbued with respect for the Siberian, whom he initially considered a valenka. Sasha, on the contrary, is not interested in art - he would have "grapes" and "mayanesika" to buy for the wedding. Little man!
In GUM, they get acquainted with the record saleswoman Alyona (Galina Polish), whom their friends invite to Sasha’s wedding. She, interestingly, does not refuse, but also does not agree. To bring the girl to condition Kolya and Volodya come to her house. Without finding her there, they run to the playground in the recreation park, where she, according to her father, spends evenings. There's a lot of funny stuff going on in the park. For example, the trio meets a crazy passerby (Rolan Bykov), who gives them trouble. By the way, there is an interesting scene where the crowd is chasing a pickpocket – you won’t see that now.
At the moment in the park you should pay attention. Kolya participates in the contest “Who will draw a horse better?” If you look closely, then his rival is a young Inna Churikova. I know an interesting story about her. In 1960, she came to the capital to enter the Shchepkin School. The exams were taken by the young director Gleb Panfilov. When Churikova - a clumsy, knobby, red-haired village girl in a ridiculous sarafan - stood before the commission and began reading something, Panfilov stood up and shouted: "Where did you find this stuffed thing?" What happened next - history is silent, but a year later Panfilov and Churikov got married. This is love!
In the end, the characters come to the wedding to Sasha, who for some reason sits alone. Sasha, as befits a young fool, quarrels over the phone with his bride, disrupts the wedding and runs away to the military enlistment office. Kolya sobers the groom, reconciles him with the bride and gives way to Alena Siberian Voloda.
At the end of the film, Kolya accompanies Alyona and Volodya at the metro station “University”, after which, singing the song “And I’m walking around Moscow”, goes to the night shift – to build a subway.
To be honest, I have not seen such a light and funny film in a long time. Even "Amelie" compared to this tape is a Gothic treshak about decaying corpses. The director aptly got into the mood of the era (thaw), in the desires of young people, as well as in actors. Kolya was wonderfully played by Nikita Mikhalkov. Little fool Sasha is perfectly played by a bad actor Steblov. And the other artists know their job and play well. This is the merit of the director, because only his talent is measured by the performance of actors.
In sum, a great Soviet film. A masterpiece. You can watch it all.
