The chaotic lives, loves and drinking sessions of a group of hapless teachers. They might be qualified to teach, but they've still got a lot to learn...

Watched only the first season of the British comedy series “Teachers”, 2001 – 2004. Despite the fact that I have a positive attitude towards British TV series, including comedy, this series did not make a special impression on me, at times I even felt irritated. I understand, of course, that there is a lot of banter and satire, but teachers there in their degree of immaturity are sometimes superior to students, although it can not be said that they are very young in age, all this often looks not witty, but extremely rude and stupid. So I was not surprised that the British Association of teachers reacted negatively to this film and, although after my granddaughter studied at the British Grammar School (in the series, of course, an ordinary municipal school) and about teachers and studies there, I heard and do not idealize them at all, nevertheless in this case I understand this association. You can criticize anything, but do not look completely stupid. He's got an IMDb rating of 7.8. Another such detail is that on a small number of sites where you allegedly can watch it, the correct poster is laid out, the correct names of the film crew are indicated, but an American remake of this series is posted, I wrote somewhere, but I do not know if they will correct it.

Chicagoan Frank Gallagher is the proud single dad of six smart, industrious, independent kids, who without him would be... perhaps better off. When Frank's not at the bar spending what little money they have, he's passed out on the floor. But the kids have found ways to grow up in spite of him. They may not be like any family you know, but they make no apologies for being exactly who they are. close

Meet Fleabag. She's not talking to all of us; she's talking to YOU. So why don't you pop your top off and come right in? A window into the mind of a dry-witted, sexual, angry, porn-watching, grief-riddled woman, trying to make sense of the world. close
