Probably the most boring Guy Ritchie movie I've ever seen. First of all, it seemed to us that the dialogues are not “Gai-Richevsky”. It was funny in places, but not enough. Sometimes there is too much soulless action, in the sense of not having much imagination that relies on this kind of action movie.
At the end, before the credits, it was interesting to read about the prototypes of the heroes. But I didn’t realize how much the fairy-tale operation in the film had to do with reality. I think not much. The essence of the operation is to destroy the Nazi submarine supply base in Africa in order to open the way for the Americans to Europe. The strangest thing in this story is that Churchill somehow could not agree with the military command that they would not interfere with his special operation (like it was so secret). I think it's crazy, because it's military intelligence that should do these things.
And yes, the witch Henry Cavill with a beard and mustache is almost unrecognizable :
