I watched the Swedish black comedy The Hundred Year Old Man Who Came Out the Window and Disappeared, directed by Felix Herngren, 2013, and I suddenly liked it. This is the story of the life of Allan Carlson, told himself after fleeing a nursing home. The hero, like almost all other characters, as if not quite ordinary (not to say a complete idiot, but with greetings), from childhood was fond of explosions, which led him first, at a young age, to a psychiatric hospital, and then wherever he threw it - from Republican Spain to the Manhattan project, from there to Stalin and the gulag, and then for a long time asceticized in the field of espionage. All this under the bombs and booze, which did not prevent him to live to 100 years and maintain a peculiar attitude to the world. The story is grotesque and somewhat fantastic, sometimes satirical and banal.
