A young Turkish girl, Heyyar, lost all her relatives in an operation carried out by Turkish security forces against members of the outlawed Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK) in eastern Turkey. A neighbor brings the shocking Heyyar to Istanbul to visit her cousin. However, the apartment was soon stormed by the police. All the adults died.
