The madness of the brave - we sing song! The film turned out to be, unexpectedly, good.
This is the second high-quality film in my memory (the first is Bunker, by the way, several good actors - Germans from it, also played here), which shows, quite reliably, the events of the Great War from the inside ... So to speak, from the enemy's lair... Moods, actions, etc. of those who dared to resist Hitler’s Nazi regime.
I didn't expect Tom Cruise to play such a good game. In my opinion, he literally got used to the image.
Even though I knew what was there, it was interesting to watch. They have shown well what it means to develop a plan to overthrow the government, involving many people, to implement it (a good scene in the headquarters, after the introduction of Operation Valkyrie), the doubts of people (telegraphists, poor major, etc., who did not know what to do, whose orders they would obey!) and, in the end, to fail.
The final scenes - understood to the depths of the soul ...
In general, the film is interesting and made well! Not without shoals, of course (for example, the general's lamps at the colonel, the number of images of the Nazi swastika per square meter, etc.) but, very strong! Something to think about...
P.S.
Coming out of the room, one thought revolved in my head:
Hail the warrior liberator! Eternal memory to those who fell on the battlefields and saved us from those inhumans!
