I'll start with the title. Babycall. The challenge is how to translate? Let’s write the same word in translation! In Russian, to call "Radionnaya" is not interesting at all. Soon everything will be in English, the translators will only translate the accent and the prepositions - "I wil go on verk, to erne mani."
For the second time in my life, I watched the entire movie in accelerated playback. I have not seen such a lot of silence, mute shy glances, static scenes for a long time. The film is boring to the point of ugliness, and mystical plot chips almost do not converge into one whole, and if the topic about the boys is still handled, then the mysterious noises in the baby monitor, which are the declared main feature of the film, are not disclosed at all. The boy turned out to be a hallucination – fine, but he went to school, his mother met him from there, quarreled there with his teachers, they had a storm of emotions about him. Did she see all these teachers, too? And swimming in the parking lot, where she was lying among the cars in her hallucinations of water swallowed. I know it's a horror story, but it's too much even for its format. The heroine saw too much, the central plot-forming assumption subsequently does not pull the entire set of mysticism presented.
