Apparently, only when Russia is liberated and becomes a normal democratic country, and maybe even one of the most democratic, then someone will make a good film about that war.

In the meantime, this is well-produced propaganda, directed to date, of course, and filmed very talentedly. Actually, everything was explained by the last monologue, which was not followed by the author’s negative position. However, perhaps any film about war and under any government will always be primarily propaganda, if only on the grounds that a true film would be terrible and not interesting, as I think. Well, mystical bells and whistles are a usual tribute to the viewer's desire for a fairy tale or something so unusual, and this is forgivable.
