This is not a complete list of merits and achievements of Nikolai Ivanovich Kozlov, known for his unique methods and created by him a practical school of psychological education of the individual.
N. I. Kozlov was born on August 16, 1957. After graduating from the Faculty of Psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University, he combined teaching work at the Institute of Retraining of Personnel of the State Committee for Tourism with postgraduate studies at A. P. Egides.
In 1982, Nikolai Ivanovich Kozlov began conducting psychological trainings, and a year later he founded the Club of Practical Psychology, later transformed into the Sinton Training Center, the permanent director of which he is still.
The basis for the creation of the training center was a unique “Synton-program” of psychological development and personal improvement, including sections-cycles: “Basic”, “Successful person”, “World of emotions”, “Kingdom” and “Difficult games”. Experts and leading psychologists of many countries highly appreciated the methods of the “Synton-program”.
In addition, the system “Distance” and trainings “Logical Analysis of Text” and “The Art of Writing Books” have been developed and successfully applied in practice, developing individual qualities of a person, thinking and productive work with scientific texts.
The creation of a developed training network, the development of new methods and approaches to the formation and improvement of the personality, public and educational work, N. I. Kozlov successfully combines with literary activity. He has written and published 12 books on practical psychology and business success. Among them are “The formula of success, or the philosophy of life of an effective person”, “How to treat yourself and people, or Practical psychology for every day” and many others. /
