The author went through life with the motto – do it now. His book, The Greatest Salesman in the World, was the first of a number of popular books, one of which was Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
Oga’s mother encouraged her son to develop his literary talents. In high school, the boy was a newspaper editor and dreamed of entering the University of Missouri to study journalism. In the summer of 1940, his mother died unexpectedly. So instead of going to school, the boy went to work in a paper factory. He worked there until 1942. And then he joined the Army Air Corps. During World War II, he flew the B-24 Liberator strategic bomber.
Og did not immediately become interested in literature and began to write books. For a long time he was far from creative.
