Angelo Badalamenti

Angelo Badalamenti was born on March 22, 1937 in New Jersey (USA). He studied composition and piano at the Eastman and Manhattan Schools of Music. After graduation, he worked as an arranger and accompanist. Although the composer began writing music for films in 1973, he became famous for his work with David Lynch. Their collaboration with Blue Velvet (1986) began, and Angelo Badalamenti’s cult TV series Twin Peaks (1990 – 91) brought special popularity.
