Thiago Ribeiro Lacerda was born on January 19, 1978 in Rio de Janeiro. The main hobby of childhood and youth was swimming. By his coming of age, Thiago had won several championships, in particular, he was the champion of Brazil in free style, and also won more than one hundred and fifty medals.
Lacerda started making money early. Thanks to the photographer Junior Fernandez, he worked in the modeling business for a year, but he did not quite like this occupation. He also did not want to continue his sports career, so Thiago decided to try his luck in the acting field. To be a reserve profession, he entered the College of Business Administration at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, while studying at the School of Actors. However, Thiago did not have the patience to finish it, after which his father helped him get to the audition for a role in the series “New Hercules”. After that, no one remembered the debutante for six months. Lacerda almost despaired, when he suddenly received an invitation to play the handsome Aramel in the TV movie “Indomitable Hilda”.
Then there was the role of the son of a millionaire in the TV series “Spooky Money” and work in the eight-part novel “Land of Love”, where he played the main role, winning the hearts of millions of his fans.
This role glorified him, and the directors began to willingly invite the actor to such projects as “Brazilian Watercolor”, “Children of Eva”, “If I were you”, “America”, “Brothers of Faith”.
