The daughter of the famous French actress Micheline Prel. She studied at the Robert Ossein Theatre School in Reims. She began her career as a theater actress. She starred in several films: “Nidwits” (1980, directed by Claude Zidy), “Who kisses a lot” (1986, directed by Jacques Davila), “Carpathian Mushroom” (1988, directed by Jean-Claude Beet), “Laughter for the sake of” (1996, directed by Luc Belvaux), etc. In 1989 she staged her first film as a director. Her picture "Beauty Salon "Venus" (1999) was awarded several awards "Cesar" including for best film director and screenplay.
