Mikhail Semenovich Kazinik was born in 1951 in Leningrad. From the age of 6 he began to play the violin and piano. Since 1969 he studied in Minsk under Professor Goldstein and in Leningrad under Professor Wyman. In 1970, he won the first prize at the Conservatory Competition of Socialist Countries, dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Beethoven. In 70-80 years he toured the USSR, where he systematically visited 17 cities. Each of them managed to create a permanent audience. Since 1991 he has been working in Sweden at the Stockholm Drama Institute and the Scandinavian Graduate School of Business. Regularly holds conferences and concerts in Scandinavian countries, Germany, Holland, holds creative meetings at Uppsaal universities, Melardalen, participates in projects covering entire regions. The most famous project was implemented in Smolyand, where for three years he met with 90,000 regular listeners, giving more than a thousand concerts. The results were phenomenal, up to a 17-fold reduction in crime. Together with director Yuri Lederman, he staged and played many plays (Mozart vs. Salieri, Instead of the Seagull, Carmen). He also opened a master class in Bergslagen, producing 14 violinists for ten years, many of whom received international recognition. In 2005, he was invited as an expert of the Nobel Concerto, the main cultural event of the Scandinavian countries. Author of numerous articles on art. The book “Secrets of Geniuses” published in Russian has sold thousands of copies. Now a new book is ready for publication under the conditional title: “Wave Paths to Music”.
