Javier Beltran Andreu was born on May 18, 1983 in the Spanish city of Barcelona. Some believe that Andreu is the actor’s middle name. In fact, this is his mother’s surname, although in Spain it is customary to give double names at birth. Since childhood, the boy was distinguished by rare artistry and musicality, sang and played the guitar, loved to dance, as befits a real Spaniard. After graduating from school, he entered the Pompeu Fabra University, where he studied the humanities for four years.

In 2004, he attended the Nancy Tuñon School of Drama and the Dance Theatre with Montserrat Prats. He eventually earned the title of Master of Arts. Javier also worked for Esplugues Estudi.
In 2006-2008, the actor participated in various theatrical productions and starred in three short films: “El Paso – Mònica”, “Connecting People” and “Abanicos”. Javier's breakthrough in cinematography was a film directed by Paul Morrison
"Echoes of the past" It was released on screens in 2008. This is a story from the life of a young Salvador Dali, which unfolds in 1922 in Madrid, a story about the friendship and relationships of three talented guys - Salvador Dali, Luis Buñuel and Federico Garcia Lorca, who was brilliantly played by Javier Beltran. At the film festival “Schermi D’Amore” the picture was nominated for the nomination “Audience Choice Award”.
In 2012, Beltran starred in the fantastic drama Animals.
