Between 2000 and 2008, Belém participated in numerous theater productions, including Què de què, Migracions.es, La fam, Plataforma, Tirant lo Blanc, Jugar amb un tigre and Happy Hour. One of the most successful theater productions in Fabre’s career was Plataforma, for which the actress was nominated for the Max Award and Valle-Inclán Award.
Another achievement was the 2007 film Canciones de amor en Lolita's Club directed by Vicente Aranda.
