In 2001, I graduated from my studies at the Faculty of Journalism of Voronezh State University.
In recent years I studied there in absentia, because in Moscow I already had a job – first at the radio – news anchor, then I came to NTV as a correspondent. It was 1999, and I worked as a correspondent in the program “Today”.
Then she went to the program "Old TV" - old films, actors, directors, screenwriters, operators - bright personalities of Soviet cinema, and in general people and events of our country that influenced the course of history. Then at least in the plot sketches to work in the genre of documentary I was very interested.
In 2000, I met many interesting and bright people with the help of Old TV and decided to try myself as a producer of information programs. Then Svetlana Sorokina began to lead the Voice of the People. And as she moved there, she took almost all the editors and producers with her. The Hero of the Day program needed both. The transfer took turns led by Andrei Norkin and Maryana Maksimovskaya. The new hosts did not want to lose the previous viewer, so they needed very interesting characters and exciting interviews. We smacked all the newspapers and news sites, we got the most inaccessible characters. I even interviewed Jackie Chan, who flew to Moscow secretly for one day, but was on our program. It was interesting, but not for long.
Who went to the rally, who went to other channels, and I went on maternity leave. True, all this time I worked on Radio Liberty in the morning news, and also there I made a program about ethnic music, it is for me something like a hobby.
In 2002, I returned to NTV news. First she worked as a writer, then as an issue editor, and then as a news producer. To be honest, I was not as interested in producing political themes as I would say topics related to science, culture, education, advanced technologies, etc. Interesting, intelligent and talented people to see and hear much more pleasant and useful!!
At the same time, working in the news, I decided to try myself in the role of the presenter – to learn to work in the frame, to feel the same drive, which my colleagues – Kirill Pozdnyakov, Alexey Pivovarov, Anton Khrekov told with such admiration. This issue was approached responsibly, specially engaged with teachers of speech and television skills from the Ostankino School of Television.
It worked, but not immediately. I now understand how green and inexperienced I was when I came to Russia. Thanks to the patience and understanding of my leaders, because they were the ones who gave me this carte blanche and waited for me to become relaxed and quick to react.
Then I found out that the program Good Morning on our channel is looking for a presenter. I love the news, and yet the old attachments made themselves felt, so the choice was made in favor of this program.
Something new is likely to come. Life does not stop, and I would not want stagnation neither in work, nor in creativity, nor in life, nor in love. Always ready for an interesting job... 99.9 percent. This is Galina Volchek, once said (I interviewed her for the anniversary of “Contemporary”) that you can work professionally and honestly only 99.9%. 100% is dangerous to health, and simply put, deadly.
See you in the morning on the channel Russia.
