Daisy can’t imagine herself without drawing – for as long as she can remember, brushes and paints have always been with her. She sat on her grandmother’s lap, and she watched as the girl created beauty on canvas. Thanks to her influence, Jacobs eventually graduated from art school and chose the path of animator. Not surprisingly, her most successful work, the one that made her the nominee for the main film award of the world at 26 years old, is a cartoon.
