Crisis Every Day: Crash! is a direct 3-episode sequel to the animated series 87, which takes place two years after the events of the original. It was created at another studio - Artmic, whose legal disputes with Youmex over the right to own BGC and resulted in the premature closure of the Crisis. Formally, the new owners of the brand tried to make the most similar cartoon, carefully reproducing everything for which they loved bubblegum crisis, but in practice they lacked either talent, or effort, or everything at once - alas, but the magic has disappeared, and the sequel does not cause the former delight. The plots became a little more banal and simple, of all the musical accompaniment, you can note only a good song in intro (and one track is completely borrowed from AD police). Also not happy and drawing - the main characters, fortunately, turned out to be similar, but in terms of working out everything else, it is noticeably inferior to the creation of Youmex. The only thing I can do is get the final episode. Firstly, the script itself looks much less primitive than in the first two episodes, the return of the old villain to the role of the main antagonist here had to be very much in place, and the situation itself escalates well (to somehow justify the name). Secondly, the viewer finally gets, albeit relative, but still the ending - with a victory over the most dangerous opponent and happy ending, interrupted by anxious thoughts about the future of mankind (I recommend staying until the end of the credits). The above points save the animated series from a complete “collapse”, but if you leave aside the simple desire to get at least some ending to the beloved cartoon, then Bubblegum crash will be only a very average representative of the genre, which has nothing to stand out among competitors besides the famous name.
