George Gordon Byron To My Son
Blue eyes, gold curls.
You are a cast of your mother,
You've drawn all your hearts.
Smile, dimples of cheeks,
The world is different for me!
Peace of happiness, my dear son!
But you're not Byron, so why,
My boy, are you calling your father?
No, William, from Father's care.
I won't say no to the end,
And I'll be forgiven my sin alone.
Your mother's shadow, my son.
The flowers covered her ashes,
You're breastfed by someone else.
Discouraged, naked and sire,
Without a name you entered the world,
But don't be sad, you're not alone.
Your father is with you, my son.
What an evil, soulless light!
Neglect nature? Oh no!
Let the moralists beside themselves.
Love child, I love you.
From young joys one
You are your father, my son.
I don't like the cup of life.
It doesn't shine gray hair,
So be my little brother,
And I, my light cherub,
All the life I've been given,
As a debt, I'll pay you back.
Let me be young, let me be windy.
You will always find a father in me.
And I should cool down when mine
I'll recognize Helen in you,
And to me, as a gift of happy days,
My son, you are dearer.
In my opinion, this is not a pure gangster movie, but primarily a drama about the love of a father to his son. That's the most important meaning here. The movie is cool. Thanks. I recommend it. 👏
