Len Weisman began his film career as an artist and special effects specialist. He participated in the creation of special effects as part of the film crews of such famous films as Stargate (1994), Independence Day (1996) and Godzilla (1998) by Roland Emmerich and Men in Black (1997) by Barry Sonnenfeld. Then Len Weisman shot commercials for the companies PlayStation, Time Warner, Oracle, Intel, Activision. Soon he switched to creating music videos, and his successes on this path were marked by professional awards - the MTV Awards in 2002 for best production artist (for the video "Stick'Em Up") and the MVPA Awards for best director (Video clip by Rufus Wainwright "Across the Universe"). Len Weissman also directed videos for "Megadeath", "En Vogue", "Static X", Paul Oakenfold, and Brooke Ellison. He worked with writer Danny McBride on a number of projects. Together they collaborated on the script, which eventually turned into the film “Another World”, put on a very modest budget of $ 22 million and released in 2003. Fantastic story, which is based on the mutual love of a werewolf and a vampire, whose roles were played by Kate Beckinsale and Scott Speedman, fell to the taste of the audience. And the director is already shooting a sequel to “Another World”.
