In 1980, in the city of Myazheikiai, a girl was born in the Uvarov family. Lithuania is not a southern country, maybe that’s why the girl was called Nelly (“sun”) – so that the sun shines more often on her life path.
The family changed their place of residence several times before settling in Tbilisi.
As Nelly later recalled, her parents, people who were not indifferent to art, devoted a lot of time and effort to the aesthetic education of their daughters. The girls studied at the music school, read a lot, KVN and musical evenings were arranged at home. They lived happily and truly "sunshine."
But in the late 80s from hospitable until then Georgia had to leave. Nelly's childhood ended irrevocably. The sisters settled in the dormitory of the textile academy, where the elder Lena studied and earned a living and study by delivering correspondence, pasting posters, and rich imagination helped them turn a routine occupation into an exciting one.
Fate, as you know, favors people who do not give up in difficult situations, and sends an occasion to help. Nelly got into a student play at GITIS. It's gone and gone. Her future career was decided immediately.
Then there was VGIK and the studio of Grigory Taratorkin, the first experience of filming – a video of the group “Lyube” and a 20-minute film.
And then – the Moscow Academic Youth Theatre, where Nelly works to this day. Perhaps her most famous role in the movie is Katya Pushkareva. series "Don't be born beautiful" .
In total, her creative baggage includes about two dozen roles and TV series, short and feature films, voice acting in several films, and about 40 roles in theatrical performances. And, probably, the loudest glory is yet to come, because, as you know, the best roles are always not played. /
