Nevzorov tore babies from the breasts of mothers, old people from dominoes, drunkards from drinking, housewives from borsch. All froze in torpor, hearing only the echo of a familiar voice. In those years, the rating of TV projects was measured by the number of letters that came to the editorial office. They were usually not read. They were counted. The rating of “Second” reached 90 percent. That is why the program got into the Guinness Book of Records. This record has never been repeated.
