Joaquim Pinto has been living with HIV and VHC for almost twenty years. “What now? Remind Me” is the notebook of a year of clinical studies with toxic, mind altering drugs as yet unapproved. An open and eclectic reflection on time and memory, on epidemics and globalization, on survival beyond all expectations, on dissent and absolute love. In a to-and-fro between present and past memories, the film is also a tribute to friends departed and those who remain. close

Vasilisa is a film directed by Anton Sivers. It is a small series with four parts. The genre of the painting is historical.
The plot is based on the fate of the heroine of the painting by Vasilisa Kozhina (Svetlana Khodchenkova). The action takes place in 1812, when the Patriotic War began. The filmmakers planned to release the film for the anniversary date - the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Borodino, but the presentation of the film "Vasilis" was postponed. The film was shown only in 2014 on the Crimean Peninsula. After that, the drama was shown in St. Petersburg at the film festival. The film was shown to the general public in December 2014.
Norway
The girl Vasilisa is a serf who maintains a loving relationship with Ivan Ryazanov (Dmitry Solomykin). The young nobleman promised her to give her free, and when the girl is free, the lovers get married. Ryazanov from an early age was engaged to a representative of his class. Having learned about this, Vasilisa decides to marry Kozhin, the headman of the village (Igor Chernevich). He's been dating a young girl for a long time.
Resistance
When the war begins, the peasants see how the French soldiers are rampaging, and the landlord does nothing to stop the lawlessness. Vasilisa decides to fight the invaders. To do this, she gathers peasants of the village in a partisan detachment. People under her leadership attack the carriages of the French, causing them considerable damage. . Meanwhile, Ivan also fights for the freedom of the Fatherland and is captured by the French. In order to save him, Vasilisa is ready to sacrifice herself. Enemies chain her in a deck in the same shed where Ivan is already. They should both be hanged at dawn. The lovers will spend the last night together. Will some miracle save them?
Historical facts
Vasilisa Kozhina is a real person, such a woman really existed and beat the enemy. Vasilisa lived in the Smolensk province, was married to the headman, and was considered a woman of an unsavory ten. Once, escorting along with the men of French prisoners to the city of Sychevka, for disobedience, she executed one of the officers right on the spot - with a scythe, which she held in her hands. What this fearless peasant woman looked like can be judged by the portrait of the work of A. Smirnov.
Analogies
The film “Vasilisa” is not the only film in which ordinary people under the leadership of a serf rise to fight with Napoleon’s army. In 1980, in the c/f "Squadron hussar flying" fellow villagers led a peasant Katerina, with whom Denis Vasilyevich Davydov was familiar. Probably, this is an artistic fiction, but it is quite realistic, because in those ancient years women really knew how to enter burning huts and stop dashing horses. close

They do not think he was killed by a lone gunman but by a mysterious cabal that somehow conspired to have him killed. How can this be? How can a crime this famous, witnessed and investigated by so many, remain a mystery? This is what veteran Australian police detective Colin McLaren is determined to find out. JFK: The Smoking Gun follows the forensic cold-case investigation McLaren conducted over four painstaking years, taking us back to that tragic day in Dallas at Dealey Plaza where the shooting took place, to Parkland Hospital where the president was pronounced dead, to the Bethesda Naval Hospital where the autopsy was conducted and to the conclusions of the Warren Commission that have remained controversial to this day. close

Baek's glazing skills were so prized, she was appointed as a china maker for the royal family. But her fame also attracted the attention of foreign invaders, and during the Japanese invasion in 1592, she was among the Korean artisans captured and forcibly taken to Japan and made to continue their craft there.
