After graduating from school, the young man entered the Kyiv National University of Theatre, Film and Television named after Karpenko-Karyo, where in 2003 he graduated from the course of Rushkovsky. After graduation, the aspiring actor was invited to work in the Atelier 16 theater, which was created by former students of the course. During his work in the theater, Sergey took part in such productions as “Waiting for Godot”, “Threepenny Opera”, “The One Who Fell from the Sky” and “Casanova”.
On the big screens, the actor debuted in 2001 with a cameo role in the popular Russian television series “Birthday Bourgeois 2”, and in the next few years he starred in the films “Bezdelniki”, “European convoy” and “Saboteur”. However, none of these roles brought the novice actor popularity.
