But the concert must take place and thunder on the whole world, so that both friends and enemies hear: “Leningrad is alive!” Assistance to the head of the orchestra Karl Eliasberg seconded employee of the NKVD Anatoly Seregin. But even before this order, the fate of Lieutenant Seregin, who lost the entire family of the raid, intersected with the fate of Eliasberg: it was Seregin who led the arrest of the conductor’s wife.
