"Four Pianos" (Sigur Rós: Fjögur píanó) is a short film from the Valtari Mystery Film Experiment project, organized by the Icelandic group Sigur Rós. The musicians asked twelve directors to videotape everything that draws their imagination as they listen to songs from their new album Valtari, released in 2012.
None of the directors who participated in the experiment knew what the others were shooting, and the musicians themselves did not impose their own ideas of what, in their opinion, their music was saying.
Four Pianos depicts a woman and a man whose existence is dominated by an endless cycle of addiction and desire. close
