A father recounts to his children - through a series of flashbacks - the journey he and his four best friends took leading up to him meeting their mother.
Watched two whole months. Mixed impressions of the series.
Of course, you should watch it at about 20-30 years. For the first season and a half, I was ready to put a score of 10/10, for recent seasons - 5/10. The second half of the series became more tense, less natural. I'm going to have to wait for season 3.

I don’t remember Friends anymore, but HIMYM looks good against it – more mature, or something; a little more natural. In my opinion, the writers have gone too far with constant flashbacks in a past life. I feel like I've filled up time. Rot it. They went so far as to make flashbacks embedded in each other. It was too much Barney. Too monotonous, too many curves. Funny how in real life the actor is gay. I don’t know the in-depth details of how the script was created, but the intersection of Robin’s problem with childbirth and the real life (disease) of the actress was a bit striking. By the way, several episodes were seen pregnancy Cobie Smulders
A very overrated series. Not funny, not touching. Barney is an extremely disgusting type (and the actor is also very unpleasant). No Ted. I watched it because of the very beautiful Robin and the cute Marshall (Lily was often infuriated). In some places it seemed interesting, until the last 2 episodes I thought I would put 7. But

But the last 2 episodes are a minus point for the whole series, it's like spitting in the face just. It's a joke.
