Maybe the butts of the Potsreots will explode from what I’m about to say, but I do it quite meaningfully – this film is another proof that there was practically no cinema in the USSR – there was a cheap theatrical travesty, absolutely unprofessional, isolated from the cinematic experience of the rest of the world, with costumes from tablecloths, with Mkhatov actors bumped into the script from the ballad on the principle of “take out the roles, he ate” and with table songs as soundtracks. 18-year-old D’Artagnan plays forever 40-year-old Boyarsky – how could you choose such an actor??? These days, Boyarsky is already breathing on incense, and he is still ridiculed for this role.
